When I was looking a furniture manufacturer nearby my place, I referred Justdial for local furniture manufacturers and found Shree Maa Karni Furniturs from Pimple Saudagar, Pune last month. I saw all positive ratings for this vendor on Justdail that I realised fake once I experienced his pathetic services.
Before finalising the deal, I told him about the material/brand need to be used for the wardrobe and
finalised duration within which wardrobe need to be get ready.
Vendor (Shree Maa Karni) delayed the furniture by three weeks and once
he installed the wardrobe in my flat, I found so many items used of cheap quality. I forced him to replace those low quality items, but he refused to do so. He seem to be rude misbehaving that time. As I had already paid him full amount I couldn't deduct the amount.
Later on down the line, I found more issues in his furniture e.g. hinges were used of local quality whereas I asked him to use hettich brand, handled got loosen and came out of the door, ply came out from few places, he left few nails coming out in the racks etc. When I called him to come and resolve these issues, he refused to come.
After this I added my negative feedback on Justdial for this vendor but after some days I saw my feedback got deleted from Justdial. Now I understood how all feedbackk for this vendor was positive earlier as Justdial allows their vendors to delete negative feedback and misguides to Judtdial users. I would request everyone not to believe Justdial ratings for any vendor as it's fake.
