Complaint against livspace regarding returning daybed

We gave contract to livspace company to renovate our home.
According to project team we bought a day bed.
But after delivery on 1 June 2019 we have recognised that it is not fitting in hall so we ask company team to get back and give our money back.After that they only said we will do it once handover but once handover done and many follow ups they are denying this inspite of knowing valid reason.
We hv also called customer care n now they are blaming each other.
As per discussion till date we hv not opened the product.
