Company sold furniture with unreasonable measurements

1. The company's website shows measurements of pieces of furniture against a 70-inch tall person's drawing, which is not an average Indian man's height.
2. The measurements of a seat I had ordered are not suitable even to my husband, who is 5'11" tall. The seat is basically useless.
3. The company blamed us for approving of the measurements (given in a document they call ODF). Yes, we approved without realizing the height of the reference figure. But they can't expect the consumer to measure their knee to floor length and compare it with the figure's height.
4. The comnpany refused to provide us a solution.
