Received parcel with fake and different item Samsung J7 mobile

I received a call from this no. 8010681301 on 7th of June 2016. She told me that you are one of the lucky customers using Airtel sim and you got a offer to get Samsung J7 mobile in just 3450/- rupees.
( Actual price-14500/- ). If you are interested, we will parcel this mobile in your nearest post office in 10-15 days. Then she asked my address and said we will inform you when we dispatch it. On 27th of June, she made a call again, that your parcel has been arrived at the post office. She sent the parcel code also through mobile SMS. I went there in post office and asked for that parcel, but they said you can not take that parcel right now as the data has not come. Then again that fraud girl talked to me and said data has come you can take your parcel. Then I went there in post office and took that parcel after paying 3450/- rupees of amount. But when I opened that parcel, instead of Samsung J7 mobile, I found there was a duplicate chain in golden colour packed in a jewellery box. I felt disappoint. I went back to the post office to tell about this fraud and asked for the further action I have to take. Then they suggest me about the consumer forum. I hope you help me to get my amount back. Thank you.

    Thank You first. Your post helped me a lot.
    I get the same offer and phone at post office. The post office person was known and told me the these kind of Frauds are going on these days and not to collect the parcel.
    They called from +91- 9015229891 from nainital for samsung J7 phome in just rs 3500.

    I did not collect it and thus I get saved. Posting it to Convey this about others. Please Avoid these things.

    Hi I also got same mobile call (from +91 78360 05696) at yesterday's afternoon the lady (Pirya Sharma) claiming to be an employee under samsung company at Delhi office and she told me that my mobile number is selected in between 11 lucky numbers (on the occasion of 15th Aniversay of company) and eligible for a samsung mobile phone Samsung galaxy J7 prime offering for discounted price at rs.3999 only, which has the market price around rs.14000.
    She's told me u need to do registration by name n address, and she send these details to her senior dept. They will call me again in 24 to 48 hours to confirm registration for generating bill and warranty card of 1 year.
    She's took my name & postal address code and ask me pay cash rs.3999 to the post office where it is delivered (in 8 to 10 days) and take the phone.
    And she also told me if u don't like the phone u can return it by using "money back guarantee card" Within 10 days. You will have to currior it return on the incoming addres and get return ur money from post office.
    She told me if any problem ur can save this no. (As priya sharma) and call back for any quiry. And when today's afternoon I trying to call her the was automatically ended. Unreachable.
    I don't know exactly its true or fraud but be aware and don't pay. If u caught any fraud please take proper action against these people so they can't cheat to others.

    I have to get a call from a girl and on the same line, she offered me Samsung on7 prime at 4350 RS. I told her to wait for my reply for half an hour and called Samsung customer care where I got confirmed that she is a fraud and correct after half hour she called back and asked for my reply.
    I just said that I have called Samsung customer care, she replied ok thank you.
