Online Complaint regrading Paytm Balance deducted FRAUD

Suudenly Rs. 297.50 was deducted from my paytm.com account by someone from using it as an online transaction payment gateway. Someone from Rajasthan ordered something using my money but now neither paytm or firstcry.com is helping me out!
Its an important online transaction fraud, i informed both the authorities as soon as the transaction took placed but none of them helped me cancel the order and now they are not returning my money back!
PLEASE HELP!!
MOreover paytm is not picking up my calls and have blocked my number and not replying properly to my mails.
