Country Club Voucher fraud while dining at Haldiram's in Sector 12 Faridabad

On July 27, 2016 while dining at Haldiram's in Sector 12 Faridabad we were asked to fill a form for a Country Club promotional voucher. Next day on July 28, 2016 we got a call from 9599786107 that we have been selected as 20 people among 500 contestants and that we have won a 6 nights 7 days trip voucher from country club.
We were asked to visit the Country Club in Surajkund, Faridabad and then we were forced to stay there for 1 hour. They started to sell us their membership and when we asked about the voucher that we had won they said that there was no such voucher. When we called the number from which we were getting calls all day long to visit the country club then that number started coming switch off. Finally they said that the printer is not working and they will send us the voucher by mail. We had to travel for 2.5 hours to reach the spot and then they tell us that there is no voucher and we will have to buy membership costing lakhs.
This is a serious fraud and I checked online that Country club has been cheating people like this for years. I think some serious action needs to be taken against Country Club otherwise they will keep on duping innocent people by doing frauds of free vouchers.
