Consumer complain Phone price more then MRP

I got a call from this 9910115319 and they gave an offer.
they will give 50% discount on Rs.7000 phone and after discount the price will become Rs. 3500.
When phone delivered i saw the MRP of phone box is Rs. 1020 only
After this i called him many time but they are not answering my call that's why i am complaining here.
