Oneassist Consumer Solutions no refund after cancellation

I had purchased insurance of my laptop with Relationship number 1880838 on 24 sep, 2017. Next day for some reason, I decided to cancel that insurance. So after calling them 7-8 times and mailing them, they cancelled my laptop's insurance on 9 oct. Now, today is 24 oct, right one month after my cancellation request. Still didn't received any refund.
Called them so many times, but no use as they are telling me "your refund has processed, Wait Wait Wait.." but Its 15 days after refund has processed. Even they are not responding on mail, I even mailed them my bank's statement. But no respond.
Seriously worst experience, Even now I don't know where should I complaint about them. Please help!
