I have enrolled myself in bharat health care policy but till date I haven't received any documents as they told that documents will delivered within week time and Mr rajveer from company had given assurance that payment of Rs 9990/- (I have paid for policy) will convert into interest free EMIs but still not received any communication or confirmation. Now they are not picked up phone calls and customer care number also switched off. Please help me..
