Dear concern

I have purchased a memory card and powerbank from Zoniic which is not working and i have tried to send it back to the company but address was not correct as well as inquired the address from courier company named ekart but no reply was received and they refused to give the address of the company from where they picked upd the courier as this company is spreading a lot of lure among customer to buy the items but when they purchase the same they got fake products Kindly look up the matter as soon as possible
