Dear Sir/Ma'am
on 8th we had applied for loan from Pasupati Finance, I have fulfilled all their document requirement and fees said by them,
on August I paid them rs 5000+5000 total 10000 as registration fees after the completion of registration fees they asked for agreement fees Rs 38500 + 48500 = 87000 we paid through IDBI Bank in favor of AMAN KUMAR PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT NO. 1513006900002647 IFSC CODE- PUNB0151300. BRANCH TRI NAGAR. they sent me approval letter for loan and they aked for the insurance fees, I have attached the letter and Images of Receipt I paid to Pasupati Finance please go through it
He sent me the image of check for Rs 2200000 of ICICI Bank that they about to transfer the amount in our Bank but no loan amount is transfer in my account they even said that their advocate with come to our house but since then stopped calling and receiving my call I tried to call them several times their number is switch off

on September 5th i had applied for loan from Pasupati Finance, I have fulfilled all their document requirement and fees said by them,
I paid them rs 2100 total ppossessing fees after the completion of prossessing fees they asked for file charge = 14000, i refused and say i dont have then she forced me to pay and i payed 10000 through Sbh Bank in favor of SANJAY KUMAR a/c no=35996604851, SBI Branch BRANCH NAME -Janak puri, ifsc code -SBIN0030262. they sent me approval letter for loan and they aked for the insurance fees, of 18000 thousands ..then felt i had been cheated, now what do i do i need my 12100 back..plz help me

I have experienced the same fraud from Pasupati Finance with same address of No 54, DLF , Faridabad 121003.
I was getting calls from 9990861384 and I have paid 83000 to them to process my loan. All their numbers are switched off now.
