fraudulent company charging twice

I have taken a sim card bearing No.771069405 from the Company with CAF number T1002030605. I had provided my credit card details to the company. After using the aim card I returned the same on November 05, 2016 and a bill was raised for Rs. 2118.65/- and paid on November 18, 2016. To my utter shock and surprise I have again been billed a sim of Rs. 502.55 on November 28, 2016. This amount was again deducted without authrisation from my credit card. This is where fraud on the part of the Company.

The important point is I have duly returned the sim card on November 05, 2016 and receipt No.749329 also issued.

When I contacted the customer care team of the Company they are cooking up some cock and bull story of monthly charges.
