I relocated from Chennai to Bangalore on 15 Oct 2016 and had availed services from a logistics company (Writers Corporation) I had prepaid for the services offered and the services that was provided was not upto the expectations as was promised there was a breach of security how my relocation happened and I see your team compromising on the quality standards in all areas from day one what was promised and what was delivered.
Couple of my items was damaged during the transit, i have written couple of emails to the team for the claims to be settled as my items were insured with the logistics company. I see no one is interested or acknowledged any email what will happen with the insurance or the claim.

Please let me know the next steps and advise accordingly.
