Complain against Dr Batras clinic for Refusal of refund

I started psoriasis treatment at Dr Batras clinic, location JP nagar, in September 2015, later by December it increased on my entire body so I decided to quit the treatment. And I informed by the end of December 2015, in January 2016 I went to nearest clinic and wrote an application as Doctor asked. Before I started treatment I confirmed about the refund if I quit this treatment, and they informed that we will deduct amount for the months i took the treatment and remaining we will refund, but after many discussion and debate over the phone, I got a response saying that it is rejected... I paid for a year around ₹20000. Took the treatment for 3 to 4 month but they said no refund. Can u please let me know why I can not get any refund if u have any valid answer. This is the way i am cheated. If I ever wish to come to Batra's again I will never come. Also I will not recommend anyone.

    I started my treatment from dr. Batras (kamla nagar branch, delhi) on 1st february 2018. Its been seven months and my condition has gone from bad to worse. I gave Rs.15000/- and i dont think even a single penny was worth this treatment.
    When I told the Dr. that its been 7 months and i couldnt see any sign of improvement and hair loss has increased even more, then she replied that she can see the improvement. And when i ask her to see the difference between the fotos clicked by her at the beginining of the treatment and the one recently clicked, she got frustrated and kept on saying that she could see the difference. And then we fall into an argument.
    I mean, it doesnt matter whether the patient is satisfied or not, being cured or not. You are not even allowed to complain that you cannot see the improvement. It will hurt them. The whole staff will argue with you.
    And then they refused to give me laser treatment on the note that i havent paid enough to get that treatment.
    I have recieved the laser treatment only once but now that i complained about my problem ,they reminded me as well as themselves, that I am not eligible .. And the best part,.. When i asked the reception man, that why didnt he tell me about this earlier, he clearly refused and changed his statement and said that he had told me. I mean, i paid the money, i was the needy, how come I would forget what I am paying for. What are they doing? Just playing with peoples emotions who are already suffering.

    People go there with some hopes that their problem would be cured or atleast wont increase and For this they get ready to pay watever cost them even if they couldnt afford. So if someone is not getting the desired results even after several months of treatment , he should get the refunds and i dont think there should be any excuses for this.
    I am a student. I teach as a tutor at my home so that i can pay my tution fees and thats how i paid 15000 for treatment from dr. Batras. Rs.15000 is not a small amount for me.
    All i want is refund of "my" money..
    Being a big organisation, I hope Dr.batras would look into this matter and responsibly refund the money.

    Pahle jab aap online appointment book krte ho to apko btaya jata h ki consulting fee only 200 rs h or medicine ka pay krna padega lekin jab clinic gye to waha package k liy force kiya jayega. When I bought the package, I also got a loan from Bajaj. uske baad dr. Then I suggest you face wash or cream so you will have to purchase it separately because it is not included in your package. or ye clear nhi ​​krte pahle. What is this scam?
