I have purchased a product from Fashionandyou.com in the month of april 2016 for which i have made the payment on cash on delivery basis.
The product turned out to be defective which was informed to the seller and duly accepted, also the same was returned to them through their proper channel on April 25 2016 the receipt of which was produced to them as well.
After several days of communication and bank details, pan card details provided as per their request, and several mails sent to their customer support people, they seem to not respond to the customer at all. I have written to them atleast 15 mails asking for the refund in the last 6-7 months from April till date, but to no result. I have lost the hope of getting the refund from them. Although the amount is not that a huge figure, but they need to be thought a proper lesson to properly handle a customer and solve the genuine problems. I have given them enough requests and more than enough time to respond in the right manner You are my last hope. I request you to intervene and bring this case to justice.
