KKS Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium Fraud Shop, Please take strict action

I am Ashutosh Dhananjay Khambekar, living at Kothrud Pune.

This Email is regarding the Fraud happened with me by KKS Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium near kavery bridg, B.M Road, Koppa, Kushalnagar, coorg-571104. .


I have bought Rose Wood Wall Frame from KKS Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium, Kushalnagar for Rs. 16000/ on 06 th Nov 2016 when I was on tour of Coorg.-.


They showed us frame of Radha Krishna and said that this frame contains only rose wood which is too costly and this wood is only found near Bandipora and Coorg. Even he also confirmed that his store is Government approved i.e. Cauvery Arts and Crafts Emporium which are located in Bangalore and Coorg, he also added that this is the new branch they have /started/opened in Kushalnagar.


So we kept faith on him and purchased frame from KKS Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium.


For payment of frame I was suggested to pay full money by cash by the owner of shop but I requested them to allow me half payment by cash/card then and half by DD when frame will arrive back to my home which is in Pune in safe/unbroken state.


On 22nd of Nov consignment number I01840484 arrived from DTDC by Dutta Gaikawad (8433905795). Hence I handed over the DD of remaining amount to courier person and taken the parcel.


However after opening the parcel, I noticed that the frame is damaged from bottom and right corner surfaces, and also noticed that frame is not fully made up of rose wood. If you see attached photo of the same you will find he used normal 18 MM ply at the base of the frame. (For your ref. Rose wood is identified with his color which is brownish black from inside, where as in frame he used normal ply at the base of frame and he also uses/painted brown color to show to customer that this is rose wood)
He uses Rose wood only at 4 sides of frame which cost is only 3000/- which is maximum.



My DD details are mentioned below


DD number: 16066 of ICICI bank dated 18/11/2016 , to the payee "KKS Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium"


Attached are the invoices and images of broken frame.


Just for your information when I found object as broken, I searched on google for the information of KKS Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium and found that he is fraud and he is using name of Cauvery Handicrafts Emporium (Karnataka State Handicraft Development corporation).


I am not the first one who has been cheated by KKS Kaauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium, Kushalnagar. Its observed that he is continuously cheating people from many years.

I am also sending the snaps of the damaged frame which is opened in front of DTDC courier boy and also sending hand written acknowledgement of broken frame delivered with this email.


I anticipate your help for bringing out these cheaters and with help of you will suffer minimum loss/ or get recovery of proper frame in this case.


I also request DTDC to stop processing of my DD as fraud happens with me.


FYI, I also met with Mr. Sagar Kapode (Khadaki, Pune Branch, DTDC) for above case and he recommended me to write this email. he also added that DTDT vigilance team will help you looking in issue to stop processing of DD immediately and would take strict action on the cheaters if they found the provider to be a real fraud.

If you see his bill, there is no E-mail Id mentioned so that I can send mail to him regarding service


I am trying to call him on his number 07022918110 whose name is Rehmaan but he is not ready to pick my call, why because he is fraud.


I have purchased frame on 6th of Nov but on invoice he mentioned purchase date as 15th of Nov.(Bill No 8021)


I request you to Please do the needful and take strict action on him. Thank you
