Last month, I have placed an order of 5 chairs (Model # RSC 106) with adjustable arms.
So far I got 4 chairs and all are wrong products without any adjustable arm. Out of these 4 chairs, 2 got broken arms.
The Industry Buying team always assure to take action(reverse-pickup) in 48 hrs and I have already called them 5 times since 22nd Dec but there is no action taken from their side so far.
On top of this, they are asking me to arrange reverse-pickup in fraud case.
