मेरा एयरटेल DTH का कनेक्शन पिछले 5 साल से उपयोग में ले रहा हु अभी आर्थिक मंदी के कारन ३ महीने से कनेक्शन बंध है 21 SEPT 2016 3:47 PM मेरे पास जयपुर के नंबर से एयरटेल से कॉल आया की आपके लिए ऑफर है अगर आप अभी 165 का रिचार्ज करवाते हो तो आपको १ साल तक कनेक्शन चलाने का मोका मिलेगा रिचार्ज करवाने के बाद जब मेने कस्टमर केयर में कॉल किया तो बोला की आपको ये कॉल फ्रोड मिला है अगर ये कॉल फ्रोड था तो मेरे कनेक्शन की सारी जानकारी उनके पास केसे , फिर तो कस्टमर की गोपनीयता का उल्लघन है मेरे पास उस कॉल की कॉल रिकॉर्ड भी मोजूद है
