Hi

I have placed an order with shop4deel, order ID 121689613 placed on 17th Oct 2016.

I have not received the product yet, nor do I have received any Invoice copy and tracking ID as informed by the seller shop4deel for my samsung galaxy s6 edge mobile phone.

This company is a fraud co. The persons engaged in this company change their name and talk to different customers and cheat them by saying that there is a offer where if you pay by payumoney you get a new mobile phone at the manufacturing cost.I had already called many customers who are cheated by this company and are still harassed by this co by not refunding the money. I don't understand how payumoney has given their gateway to a fraud company like this without investigating the credentials of the company and the directors or promoters engaged.

I every day give around 4-5 calls to the merchant for my product, everyday they give a new date for delivery.

These people have no fear as they dont give their actual name while dealing with the customers.

Please save the general public at large and help me to get out of this trouble.

There should me some strict action against the companies like shop4deel which play with the hardly earned money of the public.

    Yes....you are absolutely right. I am also being cheated by shop4deel. They are not refunding my 9500/-.and when I called them they are telling to take compliant back. And they will refund my money after 90 days .

    They are fakers, cheaters. Whoever are being cheated by them should all come together and file police compliant against them. They should be thought good lesson.
