Hello ,

i face this problem last 15 days dishtv Give me offer first 999 cashback but after installation they did't give same plan. i call to customer care i ask my channel not going online they ask only 699 recharge doing by Dishtv dealer but i gave him 1000rs . after they say me give me more time we will resolve your issue , first they fraud 300 ??. than i my plan 999 cashback offer we are chargeable to normal to HD box but 3-4 time on call i again and again ask to customer care 999 plan u can gave me they say yes. they didn't mention its service charges listen to all recording where i can talk to dishtv customer care. So DON'T USE DISH TV use other Company.
