Fraud and Cheating by SHINE.COM, I paid Rs. 22,000/- during April 2018

I paid Rs. 22,000/- during April 2018 in three installments. This is because SHINE.COM promised me to give interview calls of minimum 3 relevant companies within next 1 month. They promised to highlight my resume on top. They promised to review my profile by expert. They promised me that they will talk to relevant companies HR for recruitment. They promised me that they will help me to change my industry type. All this because I am desperately looking for job change, so I paid. After payment joining amount, SHINE executive started
following me, started convincing me for payment of Rs. 6195/- for
further services which will ensure me to get job. After payment, SHINE executive started to follow me for next payment and was trying to convince me to pay for next guaranteed interview calls amount of Rs. 15,930/-.
After paying this... SHINE executive started to convince me for next service... started calling me frequently. When I said no... SHINE executive started arguing and and threatened me that i will not get any benefit... I said no.. I
will not pay now.. Give me the results of the paid amount.. Then he
told that they transferred to third party "Aspiration" for the
services.
Then SHINE executive stopped calling.. His contact details are :

Then I received calls from a third party named "Aspiration". They claimed
that they will manage my profile on Shine & Naukri.com
They have taken my login id and password and made some changes in
profile but that changes are totally irrelevant. They seems to be
uneducated and u-appropriate to the job. They also stopped services now.

SHINE executive executive is calling and asking me for available time. When I agree for any specific time slot, he never calls back.
On last Saturday, he called me - I said we can discuss now. But he disconnected the phone and never called back.

This is a fraud company... DON'T take their services..
