My mom had ordered this and due to some defect in the product we placed the request for the refund.
Refund request raised on 25 Feb
NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS DONE - 8 Times
Every time they promised the refund in 5-7 days but there is nothing came till date.
I have never seen so shameless People. I warned them twice before writing it to social platforms but seems like they don't give a damn. The so called supervisors are piece of a shit and enjoying their job doing nothing.
