I, Nitin Mishra bought a Clubjiva membership by paying 60,000 INR during one of my holiday trip to Goa.
I have tried contacting them for bookings through emails, web form, chat etc but the only time they will respond is when they want to take more money in form of annual maintenance. As customers, we are scared not paying annual maintenance even when we cannot use the services as we think they may revoke the membership.
I however would like to state that this is a fraud company and even after sending multiple complain emails and emails to their director Sandeep Jaysukh Mehta, nothing seems to be bothering them.
I can see hundreds of complains against the company online now and I wonder how our law allows such organizations to continue operating and be registered.
I plea to get a refund.
