Complain regrading Phone Picked up by snapdeal courier Partner and now they are denying refund

I ordered an phone redmi note 3 (gold) from Snapdeal and after using I came to know its a faulty handset then I requested Snapdeal to take the phone back and refund my money. In response to my request the phone was picked up by Nuvo ex reverse pickup, courier partner arranged by Snapdeal on 9th of August 2016. Further when I enquired about the refund status I was informed that the pickup of the handset failed. When I shared the acknowledgement slip which was shared with us by the guy who picked up the phone then it was told to me that it is not a valid slip and when I tried contacting the guy who picked up my phone the person who is answering the call is saying it’s a wrong number. Even after so many follow up with Snapdeal they are saying that now resolve this matter on your own. Now it’s a clear case of fraud and cheating by Snapdeal and they are not returning my hard earned money. Request you to please help me in getting my money back.
