Om Chemist and Cosmetics is running a clinic from a shop allotted by Army to his mother but she is not alive today.The owner Vishal n his wife project n call themselves as Doctors and sell spurious drugs n injections.They have got the false/fake Drug license No.Printed on their receipt/Bill though they are not having any kind of license/Medical degree neither to practise nor to sell drugs.Drugs dept had raided the shop and had sealed the drugs found in his shop.They also found that the chemist possessed no license to even sell drugs.Still The Fir registered against Om Chemist and Cosmetics is not having all the contents and facts of the complaint as Drug inspector trying to shield the Chemist has not mentioned every content in the FIR.Despite of the Raid and allegations found correct Army has not taken any action against the chemist.He is still opening the shop and running his illegal activities.Kindly take necessary action to register a proper FIR with full contents and the relevant sections of IPC.in the public interest to save the life of all those who are taking medicines from this fraud person /doctor/chemist
