Fraud by Bharat matrimony website after taking paid membership

I took the paid membership of services in Bharat Matrimony, with the commitment of the executive "Ravi kant" on mail mentioning in the below quotes:

"Guaranteed response or your money back!
Being the most trusted online matrimony service, we are quite confident that you will find your life partner here. To portray our level of confidence in our services, we are offering a 100% refund if you do not get any response within 30 days"

But the commitments are not fulfilled & its already being a month taken paid services.Till date none of the relevant profiles are send to me. However during the time of the payment executive Ravikant said that he can see atleast 150-200 profiles matching my criteria & preference i,e in terms of "subcaste".

But after the payment not even 5 relevant profiles are send to me.

Now neither i was responded on call nor any relevant profiles are shown. So i need 100% refund, as per the trailing mail with 100% refund commitment.

As per the last telephonic communication with Ravi, he requested the refund from his side. But now he is not receiving or callbacked my call, from 18th February.

None of the members including customer care executives are responding. Also they are just making fool that we have initiated a refund & it will reach in your account & finally telling that your duration of paid membership is over. I am following up this complaint after 2 weeks of paid membership. But no results.
