I purchased disini mobile it was faulty .I make replace or refund they accept it . Massage also came on mobile . But there was no update on app/ web than I email they reply that replacement will take place 4to 5 days . Than I ask them to refund they we will resolve but on date 7.11.2016 around 11or 11.30 am a call was came from paytm they say just we r refunding your money kindly follow on app or web than ask about bank and card detail I have given than money was deducted from my account to paytm wallet and from wallet to some where else . Now paytm is refusing everything kindly help me . (Mobile numbers 8447429273 this the number he make a call ) other person 8298859450
