I had paid all amount of booking to Oyo rooms in Aug 2018 for my booking in Goa for 15Dec 2018 to 20 Dec 2018. Now OYO team is saying room is not available and are changing our booking to undesirable location or cancellation option.
As we are left with only cancelation ootion as location offered to us was sub standard and nondeseriable, we have to look for some other hotel. This cause me addtional burden of 11000 Rs die to last minite bookin in new NON OYO hotel.
