English oven bread, Rat excretion in bread

I bought English oven bread on 10th of June 2018 in which I found rat excretion baked in two bread pieces. I called the customer care and got my complaint registered. The next day or 11 th of June an executive Mr shiv visited me, took the bread, destroyed one of the sample and told me it is not any animals excretion rather it is a browning agent which is used to give colour to the bread. He asked me to give the second sample, but I did not give it to him. I was told that the sample would be collected and tested, but he did not do so. After he left I called his senior Ms Manju. She asked me to keep the second sample safe and some one will come and collect the same within a week. Today is the third week ,no one came to collect the sample, no call from Ms Manju as she promised. I have the pics of the sample with me and just by looking at the pics anyone can tell that it is the rat excretion. An action should be taken against such careless and irresponsible employees.
Presence of a foreign material in food can be poisonous.
If there is a mistake on the companies part, they should accept it and not try to make fool of the consumers.
