Refuse to give 4 tablet and enforcing for whole leaf complain to apollo pharmacy

I went to apollo pharmacy,Galleria Market DlF on 7/12/17 Gurgaon to buy 4tab of Montair LC as advised by the general physician. But the pharmacy has refused to sell me 4tablet but asked me to purchase the entire strip consisting of 10 tablets costing rs. 159/-.

I request the enforcing agencies to take a serious view of this type practices which is prevalent across all the pharmacies.

Also it may be ensured that complaint boxes with the phone numbers to whom a complaint can be lodged be displayed..

I also have a video of the shopkeeper as refusing to give 4 tablets.
