I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent purchase of Kisan Til Gud Chikki from Gopi Vechan Kendra, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. On January 12th, 2024, I purchased a 500gm packet of Kisan Til Gud Chikki with the FSSAI LIC No. 10713009000144 from a local store.
Upon inspecting the packaging, I noted that the date of packing was mentioned as December 1st, 2023, and the date of expiry was stated as February 1st, 2024. As a conscientious consumer, I trusted that the product was within its shelf life and safe for consumption.
However, today, when I attempted to consume the Kisan Til Gud Chikki, I was alarmed to discover mold, unusual texture, etc. Encountering such an unexpected and concerning element in a food product is not only unpleasant but also raises significant health and safety concerns.
I urge your company to investigate this matter promptly to identify the source of the issue and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I request a full refund or replacement of the product as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
Please find attached a copy of the receipt for your reference. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter and a timely response regarding the steps taken to address this issue.
