Spoiled food delivered in 4 hour complain against swiggy online food order

I order the food from swiggy at 14th April 9:30 PM, but wrong item delivered from he siggy rider and marked it completed even though we did not accepted any offer, in parallel I placed one more order using my friends mobile and when food arrived it was completely spoiled food we raised issue to customer service desk also same complaint raised by swiggy rider too after a one hour discussion in the end the food which is ordered at 9:30PM arrived at 1:30 AM. and when we raised the question to compensate all these problem swiggy service provider raised their voice.
