I bought Tata tea 250 gms pack from VGR Shopping Centre ,Rajendra Park Gurgaon wide cash Memo no.50812 and got 100gms Good day cookies as promotional offer along with TATA tea pack.
I & my family member consumed the same 2 Good day cookies and in 3rd cookies I observed bigger thread piece inside cookies. Immediately I took photographs of cookie and emailed to Britannia at feedback@britindia.com on 7th Oct’17 at 10:30 PM. The Good day pack LOT no. is A0817K5 32A packed on 05/08/17 , the detail with photographs were shared with Britannia Industries Limited for necessary investigation the negligence at their manufacturing unit. It may be possible that the defective cookies would have been specifically and knowingly supplied for this free offer /promotional offer of TATA tea by Britannia.
Britannaai no phone number was working and i was unable to contact them and their helpline no people were not giving any contact number ,however a complaint no.52668 registered on 9th Oct'17
On 12th Oct ’17 afternoon their executive visited to my house and he checked sample and accepted there is major manufacturing defect during making cookies by Britannia plant. I shown all samples to him and he accepted this was major negligence during manufacturing at Britannia plant. Also he told me not to share this problem anywhere else Britannia name will be spoiled and give time till 13th Oct 17 and they will get back.after That one more person visited to me but no action have been taken.This is related to my health and brittania is playing with people health by supplying unhygene food product .Since i consumed the Cookies from defective cookies it is threateing to our life and we asked Britannia to give medical insurance for life time for me my son and my wife.They are not listening and we are mentally harassed by Britannia.I have also registed complaint with Food safety of India
