unable to get refund flight ticket during lockdown period

Dear Sir,

I had booked two way flight tickets for me and my family from Mumbai to delhi.
Mumbai to delhi flight date - 23rd may 2020
Delhi to mumbai flight date - 29th may 2020.
doing continuously follow up with Air India but they are suggesting for re-flight booking .

I don't want to rebook .

Need help for flight tickets refud
