Complaint against ola money for blocking my OLA money account without informing me

Respected Sir/Madam.I did flight booking on 24th November 2019 by usinh citi credit card through ola money.The ticket didn't happen but money got debited.I thought money will be reversed to CITI credit card since the ticket didn't happen.After few days citi credit card asked me to give the credit card amount.I told them since the ticket didn't happen ,ola money might have reversed the amount.Then citi credit team invested this issue with OLA money.OLA money told them they have given me the money on my OLA wallet.I asked them why didn't you inform me before blocking my OLA account since I did not raised any suspicious transaction.For this reason I was not able to see the ola money balance in my account.The thing is if citi bank raised this concern,why did you blocked my ola money account without informing me.How could I know I faced a suspicious transaction on my account.If a suspicious transaction happened in this case user must be informed first .When I asked the ola money customer care they told me they informed me through mail,as I asked for on which mail id they have informed they failed to answer it.It was not at all a suspicious transaction,In case it is a suspicious transaction the user must be informed .So for this reason I am getting spurious calls from citi bank for the payment where I am really feeling mentally unsatisfied.Please help me on this.
