Non refund of ticket amount

Flight Complaint Complaint Date: July 8, 2021
I have booked a flight from Pantnagar airport to Ahmedabad airport. Flight date was 29 June 2021. Due to poor air quality the flight was cancelled by the air lines. I have filled for refund of full amount as per airlines refund rules but MakeMyTrip is rejecting my claim and giving false reasons that airline have declined the claim. I am a banker and do not have time to waste now. So I have approached consumer forum for refund of my money along with compensation as deemed fit.
