Hi Team,

I am very disappointed from your service. On 1st oct, my transaction has been failed and amount deducted 2978/- from my saving account. I received an email refund has been processed but today is 17 Oct 2021. still, I didn't get my deducted amount yet.

Please check once this is actually not acceptable thing.

Do Let me know asap.
