Hi,
I had a booked a flight from Bikaner to Delhi on an Alliance air flight using EASEMYTRIP service.

We had checked in and were waiting for our boarding when it was announced that all flights from Bikaner are cancelled due to a bad weather. We were given a written acknowledgement from the ground staff of air india about full refund. This was done on 4th Jan, 2021.
We had to take another cab immediately as we had another flight from Delhi to Trivandrum.

Now it's been 271 days and easemytrip has not given refund and the customer care doesn't help either.
