Refund delay from HappyEasyGo
For E-Ticket (Order ID: 631805559162696522) from Trivandrum to Delhi using app HappyEasyGo for date 22 June 2019 Indigo flight (6E-343 and 6E-2622 PNR number "NHCJJW").
Due to Technical problem at Indigo, they had cancelled the flight and initiated refund, Indigo had full refunded to HappyEasyGo, same has been confirmed over email by Indigo.
HappyEasyGo had refused the refund stating that they haven't received any refund (They initiated the ticket cancellation request in order for full refund as communicated over phone and mail).
It been more then 30 days but HappyEasyGo is not refunding money, always stating that there team is working on this. When called to HappyEasyGo customer care team, they have refused to support. Sending repeated emails also no proper response from HappyEasyGo.
Is there any policy and governing body who can control or regulate this kind of issues. Not sure who/how but i believe some strict action to be taken against all the companies involved in this kind of activities. They should be forced to refund 10 times to actual amount if they delay issues more then 10 days.
