I had book tickets with paytm and Goibibo in the month of April 2019 and the flight were cancelled from the company end .I initiated and they said they will refund but till date no money hasn’t been refund and they are just not responding to our mail and calls and just putting hold on long and not replying .I urge to take strict action action them due to the trauma they have caused during this process and we have lost hard earned money.When said about complaining on consumer court they are just carefree as nothing will happen to them .I request you to please look into the matter and get my refund as soon as possible @paytm @goibibio
