Not able to use my Credit shell amount

I have booked my flight for 31-03-2020 PNR NO= WDJ1HT through flipkart from Gorakhpur to Bengaluru but due to lockdown flight was cancelled and the amount was refund by spicejet in the form of credit shell to Flipkart Travel
but form one month i was continously try to redeem my credit shell amount and book another flight but i was unable to do, for this issue i have called many times to Flipkat travel customer support service but they are only delaying the process so that they can increase the flight price and till time fight price increased approximately 40%.
Please support and resolve this issue
