No refund for ticket wrongly cancelled

I had booked a ticket from MMT in June 2018 for Jodhpur to New Delhi, when I reached Jodhpur Airport, I was denied to issue Boarding Pass by Airport Authorities saying your ticket is cancelled. I immediately contacted MMT on phone and they told that your ticket is cancelled by you only and they can't help me in any manner.

I was forced to stay in hotel and arrange a fresh ticket for next day.

After coming Kanpur,I again contacted MMT on their support service portal and after 3-4 months of denial, they finally accepted that the ticket was cancelled due to their fault and apologized for it and make a promise to refund my ticket cost of Rs. 3138 along with Free Travel voucher of Rs. 1000/- as a compensation vide their mail in november 2018. However I was asking for my full compensation of 1 day salary, hotel bill, fresh flight ticket and mental torture compensation.

Moreover, MMT has still not make good their own promise and not yet refunded Rs. 3138/- as promised in mail.
