HappyEasyGo - Full Refund against cancellation of flight ticket pending from happyeasygo

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had planned my journey from Delhi to Chandigarh on 28th Jan'19 through Happyeasygo by Jet Airways flight.On 28th Jan , we got to know that the flight is cancelled by Jet Airways due to some unavoidable reasons.

Through Jet Airways customer support, we cancelled the tickets and they provided us a slip for getting full refund from the third party i.e. Happyeasygo. We had a talk with Happyeasygo customer support, they confirmed that it will be refunded within 15 days.

After that I continuously tried to contact Happyeasygo but they used to listen the same story as if they are listening for the first time. I wrote many mails but their responses were not satisfactory.

It is 14th April today.But I have not received my full refund which is Rs 11900.00..It is really quite painful to face such a difficulty in getting own money back.
