I booked a Spicejet flight through MakeMyTrip.com. Due to some circumstances, Spicejet cancelled their flight and provided a full refund which MakeMyTrip was supposed to transfer to its customers. However, it has been more than a month and MakeMyTrip.com has not provided the complete refund to me even after repeatedly reaching out to them. I have attached the email where Spicejet has confirmed that they have refunded the complete amount at their end.
