Sir,
It is with great agony that I Sri Lakhi Gond @ Majhi S/o Samadu Gond @ Majhgi, aged 35 years resident of Vill-Pakhanaguda Po-Chacharaguda PIN CODE-764072, Tahasil/Ps- Dabugam In the Dist of Nabarangpur wish to bring to your kind notice about the lack of sympathy shown by local Authority (Jaykishan Escort Powertrac Tractor showroom, Umerkote).

1. That I had purchased Escort Powertrac 434 DS Tractor bearing Engine No-D103975520B AND CHASSISS NO- TO53307043DE from Jaykishan Escort Powertrac Tractor showroom, Umerkote, which has been financed by L & T Finance limited.
2. That the showroom owner of Jaykishan Escort Powertrac Tractor showroom, Umerkote , neither submit my owner’s manual, and essential documents nor give legal service till today.
3. That I have requested to him to service my tractor in time, but he demanded again one lakhs rupees extra, and threatened to me that if I will never pay the same amount, he must pull it by force and sale it again to another person.
4. Once he dragged it to umerkote without my consent, then this matter I prayed to him to give my tractor.
5. That I threatened to me, if I fail to pay the demanded amount in a week, he will drag it by force.
6. That I examined that, there was no engine oil in the tractor and there were many defects, which I had been seen.
It is therefore I pray that please take legal action against the showroom owner of Jaykishan Escort Powertrac Tractor showroom, Umerkote , and give service and replacement of every tools or parts of this tractor or replace totally if you thinks feet and proper legally.
