I HAVE SUBMITTED MY TDR ON 21ST FEBRUARY 2016 AGAINST PNR 6248436228 WITH REFERENCE NUMBER ekt2016022112296859 AS THE TRAIN WAS LATE BY MORE THAN 5 HOURS & MY PASSENGER NOT TRAVELED IN IRCTC.TRAIN NAME - KANCHAN KANYA EXPRESS ( 13150 ).
BUT MY REFUND IS SHOWING UNDER PROCESS TILL DATE. I HAVE SENT MAIL TO IRCTC CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE RESPONSE IS NOT SATISFACTORY. PLEASE HELP ME.
