Shopping complaint against Snapdeal.com for faulty product not replaced by company

i ordered Mi5 phone from Snapdeal on 20.08.2016. The product was faulty as the screen was not responding and the home key was not working. I called snapdeal the next day and asked for replacement. they told me they would send an engineer at my home to check the product. the engineer came and checked the phone and told that the phone has problem and would be replaced. i got a mail saying my phone would be picked up the next day. a few hours later i got a mail that the engineer has changed his decision that the phone has problems and i would have to go to xiaomi to get the phone checked and then i would get it replaced. i went to xiaomi and got it checked and got a certificate that the phone has problems. after a few days my phone got picked on 07.09.2016. the phone has not been replaced neither i have got any refunded till date. it has been almost a month and i have neither my money nor my phone. snapdeal is not ready to help me at all. they are not tracking where the phone is. they are just stating that they have not received the phone at their warehouse.
