Respected Sir/Madam, I am Elumalai from Tamil Nadu. I saw a news in One India Tamil on 10th Apr 2018 regarding dealership from India Bazaars (indiabazaars.in) (India Times Shopping) online shopping company. I contacted them to get a dealership through the number given in the news. They provided me the details. They asked me one lakh rupees as a Security Amount. I did not have that much of amount. So I left it. But they contacted me. I said at that time I dont have one lakh. They asked me How much do you have. I said I have only seventy thousand rupees. They said me 70,000 is enough to start the dealership. I hesitated at first and did think over it for some time. After a long hesitation I paid the amount of 70,000 via Net Banking. After they sent me agreement papers, then sent me a box and asked me to wait until I get orders from customers. I waited a long time. But didnt get orders. So I asked them to cancel my dealership. But after I asked to cancel my dealership agreement, their response was not fair. Then the phone which I contacted went out of reach. I tried a lot to cancel my dealership but in vain. Now I come to know that the shopping company is not a registered one with Govt. I search for many way outs but all in vain. I believe that they are cheating people across India. All the numbers that were given in that news are now out of reach. They changed all the whereabouts including the website spelling and numbers. The address given in their contact page might be fake. Hereby I kindly request to take action against them and help me to get back my money. I attach herewith the company registration certificate.
