Regarding exchange of earphone

Sir I have bought an earphone on 12 /10 /2019. The earphone is in warranty period of 1 year . The earphone is not working from April 2020 . I have complained through email to Flipkart they did not send me any reply . After sending many emails they send me address of service center but the center center was far away from my home. So I emailed again to Flipkart regarding the distance issue so they send a service executive , the service executive took the photo of earphone and invoice and told the earphone will be replaced in 3-4 days . The Flipkart courier partner will pick the earphone and replace with new earphone but nothing happened . I complained again and again but nothing is happening . They are just giving me new dates since more than 3 months . There is no clearity in customer care support response. The email respond of Flipkart is just computer generated with no clear resolution of the problem . I am totally dishearthened and sad with Flipkart response . It has been more than 3 months but there is no resolution of my problem . So I am writing this to ask help and protect my rights regarding this . Please help and take suitable measures regarding this issue .
