Payback not giving evoucher

I have an ICICI bank credit card linked to payback points. I acquired points and wanted to redeem to get two nos of Bigbazar coupons of Rs. 1000 each. Payback did send me a eVoucher with code 3675798669 65223701. However, only one could be used (3675798669). Bigbazar customer care informed me that the other no is not valid as it's only 8 digits (65223701) instead of 10 digits. Repeated request to issue the second one did not yield any result. Hence this complaint.
